BeatFractal's visualizers are MilkDrop presets, created over many years by the MilkDrop community and shared freely. We credit authors where their names are known, and we respect their wishes.

If you made a preset

If a preset you made is in BeatFractal and you would like it removed, or credited differently, email [email protected] with:

• the name of the preset or presets (as they appear in BeatFractal), or "all of mine" with the name you publish under;
• something that shows they are yours, for example a link to where you first published them, or an older pack that credits you;
• what you would like: removal, or a change to the credit.

We aim to answer within 7 days and to make the change in the next library update. We do not ask you to justify the request.

Other copyright notices

If you believe anything else BeatFractal itself makes available (the site, its images, or its visualizer library) infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] that includes:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
3. where the material is on beatfractal.com, in enough detail for us to find it;
4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

We will remove or disable access to the material we find to infringe, and tell you what we did.

Music and videos made with BeatFractal

BeatFractal never receives the songs people use or the videos they make: both stay on the user's own device. We therefore cannot remove a video from a site such as YouTube. If a video made with BeatFractal uses your music without permission, please contact the platform where it is published; they have their own copyright processes.
